Richmond Adebiaye is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Informatics and Engineering Systems, University of SC Upstate.
Informatics Deshia Leonhirth, Ph.D. teaches undergraduate and graduate courses at the University of South Carolina Upstate in areas such as health informatics, public health statistics, vendor management, strategic management, and quality improvement. Deshia earned her Master of Business Administration at Winthrop University and her doctorate in health services policy management at the University of South Carolina. She has also taught courses at our partner university in Landshut, Germany.

Computer-Aided innovation, Teaching innovation, Self-Organizing Multiagent Energent Systems Innovation is a skill that can be taught just like reading, writing, and arithmetic. Recently Dr. Fulbright has authored and is teaching several courses teaching Innovative Problem Solving (IPS), a discipline from I-TRIZ. These courses can teach anyone to innovate and synthesize non-obvious ideas in any domain of discourse. Dr. Fulbright also offers innovative problem solving as a consultative service.

Dr. Polinpapilinho Katina, PhD

Manufacturing Management Systems, System of Systems Engineering, Systems Theory Dr. Katina focuses on teaching and research in the areas of Complex System Governance, Critical Infrastructure Systems, Decision Making and Analysis, Emerging Technologies (e.g., IoT),Engineering Management, Infranomics, Manufacturing Systems, System of Systems, Systems Engineering, Systems Pathology, and Systems Theory/Systems Thinking. A Senior Member of IEEE, his profile includes more than 200 peer-reviewed journal articles, conference proceedings, book chapters, and books.

Donald Nick Rouse

Informatics Dr. Nick Rouse received his doctorate in adult education from the University of Georgia and his post-baccalaureate certification in health information administration from the University of Toledo. Additionally, he has a Master of Business Administration, a Master of Science, a Bachelor of Science and associate degrees. His primary responsibility is managing the Health Information Management (HIM) program. He has been a program director for more than a decade, mostly with the HIM program.

Tyrone S. Toland

Database security, Information retrieval, Web mining Dr. Tyrone Toland is Professor of Informatics in the Department of Informatics and Engineering Systems, where he also serves as the Department Chair. Dr. Toland earned his Master of Science and Ph.D. degrees in computer science from the University of South Carolina, and a Bachelor of Science in computer science applied mathematics from the University of South Carolina Upstate (Spartanburg). He has extensive experience in systems development from industry.

Grover Cecil Walters

Grover graduated from the University of South Carolina Upstate with a Bachelor of Science in computer science, and then went on to earn a Master of Science in information technology from the Florida Institute of Technology. Grover is currently pursuing a Doctorate from the University of South Florida.
