Breaux, Deshia Ann
Associate Professor
Deshia Leonhirth, Ph.D. teaches undergraduate and graduate courses at the University of South Carolina Upstate in areas such as health informatics, public health statistics, vendor management, strategic management, and quality improvement. Deshia earned her Master of Business Administration at Winthrop University and her doctorate in health services policy management at the University of South Carolina. She has also taught courses at our partner university in Landshut, Germany.
