Our lab studies the transcriptional control of genes mediating ovarian follicular growth, differentiation, and steroidogenesis in the ovary. We study how mRNA biomarkers from granulosa cells can be used to improve IVF outcomes. We also study heart remodeling during and after pregnancy.
