van der Sluis, Helen

Assistant Professor

Helen van der Sluis is an assistant professor of marketing at the Darla Moore School of Business. She earned her Ph.D. in marketing from Arizona State University and her B.A. in psychology from Columbia University. In her research, Helen is drawn to questions concerning marketplace accessibility. For example, in current research projects she investigates how often-stigmatized social characteristics or identities such as gender and disability both shape and are shaped by the marketplace.
