Osborne, McKenzie

McKenzie Osborne teaches Legal Research, Analysis & Writing I and II for first-year law students. Prior to joining the faculty, she practiced law in New York City, as an associate at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP and later Feuerstein Kulick LLP. Her practice primarily focused on debt finance, including secured term loans, note offerings, and acquisition financings, for both lenders and borrowers.
