Jess Peri was born in Dallas, Texas and received a BFA cum laude from the University of North Texas (2012) and an MFA from the University of New Mexico (2018). Peri joined the University of South Carolina in the Fall of 2020. Peri’s work has been included in exhibitions at the Harwood Museum of Art (Taos, NM), Albuquerque Museum (Albuquerque, NM), University of New Mexico’s Museum of Art (Albuquerque, NM), SRO Photo Gallery (Lubbock, TX), Lionel Rombach Gallery (Tempe, AZ), among others.
