Description
For ten years I represented the United States at the NATO Sensors & Electronics Technology Panel by advising them on Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and Explosives detection, and provided technical oversight and executive leadership for an number of research activities. As the US Army Deputy Chief Scientist I was responsible for international engagement and negotiated several international research and development agreements.
