His academic background consists of a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a second bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Kennesaw State University, an MBA degree from Mackenzie University, Sao Paulo, Brazil, and credits in the master’s degree program in Organizational Behavior at New York University before earning his doctoral degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida.
