Dr. Bob Daly is an instructor of criminal justice at the University of South Carolina Upstate. He graduated from Maryknoll College with a Bachelor of Arts in philosophy and from St. John’s University School of Law with a Juris Doctor. He is a member of the N.Y. State Bar. Dr. Daly served as a first lieutenant in the Marine Corps. He was general counsel of the N.Y. City Department of Correction and Director of the Anderson County Detention Center.
