Associate Professor

Dr. Jungmi Jun’s research focuses on tobacco/cancer risk communication. She is particularly interested in examining the relationship between health messages and risk perceptions/behaviors, social media surveillance of emerging tobacco products (e-cigarettes and heated tobacco), health information disparities, and PR practices of tobacco control organizations and healthcare providers. She is an author of more than 60 peer-reviewed academic journal or conference articles.
