Dr. Pamela Steinke serves as Vice Provost and Associate Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs and SACSCOC Institutional Liaison. She earned her Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of California, Davis and has served in faculty and administrative roles at institutions in Iowa, North Carolina and Illinois before coming to USC Upstate. Prior to Vice Provost, her most recent role was Dean of Teaching and Learning Outcomes at University of St. Francis in Joliet, IL.
