Associate Professor

My research interests include computational biology, statistical genetics, and statistical applications in biomedical research. I am particularly interested in developing statistical methods and computational tools to improve our understanding of complicated biological systems using functional genomic data. My current research interest includes modeling genetic interactions through gene expression alterations, developing statistical algorithms for high-dimensional data.
