Clinical Assistant Professor
Dr. Rhinehart works with Dr. McMahon and School of Medicine faculty/staff to develop partnerships with other agencies engaged in diversity activities and to enhance our relationships with students and faculty at schools and universities throughout South Carolina. He received his undergraduate degree, Master of Education, and Ph.D. in higher education administration from the University of South Carolina.
