Kelly McCombs is a Senior Instructor and course developer in both face to face and online settings for USCB and Palmetto College for the following courses: nutrition; food science; food, hospitality and culture; food safety and ServSafe; restaurant food production management. She is also an academic advisor for Hospitality Management and serve as a nutrition consultant for USCB Athletics.
