George Smith, Ph.D. is the Department Chair/Professor in the Department of Business Administration, University of SC Beaufort. He received his PhD in Public Administration at the Nelson A. Rockefeller College of Public Affairs and Policy at the University of Albany (SUNY). He earned a Master of Public Administration (MPA) at Brigham Young’s Marriott School of Management and a BS degree in Sociology. He joined the USCB faculty in 2015.
