Black, Asa C
Clinical Professor
Asa C. Black, Jr., PhD is a Clinical Professor of Anatomy at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine Greenville where he joined the founding faculty in 2012. He is an exceptional educator on the subject of the human body, with more than 40 years of teaching medical students gross human anatomy and neuroanatomy. He is widely published, with some 100 abstracts and 46 published papers and also holds three patents. He is popular with his students and has earned several teaching awards.
