Mcfarland, Lynn A

Associate Professor

Dr. McFarland’s research is in the areas of staffing, social influence in organizations, and workplace diversity. She has published in several leading management journals and has presented over 50 papers at national conferences. She also currently serves on the Conference Committee of the Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychology and is the Research Coordinator for the Society for Human Resource Management Foundation.
