Research Assistant Professor
Diego Altomare, Ph.D., joined UofSC as manager of the Microarray Core Facility in September 2010. He has more than 14 years of experience in all aspects of microarray experimental design, RNA processing and labeling, microarray hybridization and scanning, and data analysis using both the Agilent Technologies and the Affymetrix (Thermo Fisher Scientific) platforms.
