Dr. Sarzynski's Foundations of Lipids and Exercise (FLEX) laboratory employs an integrated -omics (genomics, proteomics, metabolomics, transcriptomics, lipidomics, and diverse cellular assays) approach to identify and characterize the biological factors associated with the response of lipids and lipoproteins to behavioral interventions, particularly high density lipoprotein (HDL) particles.
