Dr. Queenan’s primary research interest is in the area of healthcare operations, with a focus on how technology can enable more efficient and effective care. She has examined how technology affects hospitals across the country and how technology affects individual’s care and is open to new collaboration efforts to further understand the complex relationship of technology on care.
