Associate Professor

I am an Associate Professor of Communication Disorders and the Director of Speech Neuroscience Lab at USC. My background is in Biomedical Engineering and Neuroscience and my research is focused on the brain mechanisms of speech production and motor control. My lab utilizes a wide range of techniques including EEG, fMRI, and tDCS to study sensory-motor mechanisms of speech in neurotypical individuals and patients with neurological disorders such as Parkinson’s disease and post-stroke aphasia.
