Dr. Richard M. Southall came to the University of South Carolina in fall 2013. He teaches and researches in the areas of sport ethics, college sport and research methods. Dr. Southall is also currently involved in developing a sport-management program for Centro Universitário de BrasÃlia (UniCEUB), Brasilia, Brasil.
