My research examines how healthcare organizations are creating business value by appropriating technology to deliver services. I seek to understand how IT-enabled process innovations, data analytics, and simulations can improve cost-effectiveness, quality, safety, and accessibility of healthcare services; optimize internal and external supply chains; improve information flows within and across organizational boundaries; and, strengthen overall business model and organizational performance.
