Bill is a currently licensed attorney and taught for the UofSC Department of Criminology and Criminal Justice in an adjunct faculty capacity for over 18 years. He joined the department in a full-time capacity in August 2020. In the course of his legal career Bill has served as a prosecutor, defense attorney, municipal judge, police legal advisor, police academy training attorney, and a hearing officer for police misconduct cases.
