Ms. Barnes areas of interest are phonological development in children with Fragile X syndrome, Down syndrome, and Autism, the relationship between speech rate and intelligibility in children with Fragile X syndrome, Down syndrome, and the relationship between speech sound errors and syntactic complexity.
