Dr. Lisa Johnson directs the Center for Women's and Gender Studies at USC Upstate where she has developed programs on campus and in the community to improve young women's lives by equipping them with a wide range of tools in emotional literacy, self-awareness, effective communication, the management of intimate partnerships, and the use of creative arts for self-soothing, self-expression, and self-love.
