McKinley L. Blackburn is the James A. Morris Professor of Economics. Dr. Blackburn's current research interests lie in three areas: (1) the effects of minimum wages on employment and related outcomes; (2) the appropriate method for estimating the effects of individual characteristics on their wages; and (3) bank behavior in home mortgage markets.
