Creative Nonfiction, Nature Writing, Ecocriticism I am currently working on a book about the way people restore a sense of home after movement or displacement, entitled The Nature of Homelands. The book will include chapters on the restoration of New Orleans, the re-inhabitation of toxic landscapes, the effort to restore charismatic native species and the attempt to control invasive species.
