Dr. Brian J. Mihalik, former Dean of the College of Hospitality, Retail & Sport Management, now leads the Center for Mega-Event Research & Education at USC. The Center & its Fellows specialize in a variety of research projects including the use of social media listening (SML) for clients. His most recent research involves the investigation of global mega-events, i.e., the Olympic Games via SML and the development of 360 Virtual Reality content of Olympic legacies for class inclusion.
