Chandrashekhar, MVS

Associate Professor

At the Clean Energy Lab in the Electrical Engineering Department at USC, we focus our efforts on the fundamental science, as well as engineering applications of advanced semiconductor materials such as SiC & graphene. We do this to enable new advances in reducing our dependence on fossil fuels, as well as to make our energy sources & uses cleaner and more sustainable. Applications include plasmonics, hydrogen storage, power electronics and photovoltaics, among others.
