Dr. Gloria Swindler Boutte is a Carolina Distinguished Professor at the University of South Carolina. She has presented widely on diversity and equity issues and enjoys working with teachers and schools. She is also the Founder and Executive Director for the Center for the Education and Equity of African American students (CEEAAS) in Columbia, South Carolina.
