Herring, David Scott
Professor
Dr. Scott Herring currently holds the position of Associate Professor of Percussion at the University of South Carolina. At USC, Dr. Herring directs the Percussion Ensemble and the Palmetto Pans Steel Band. Previously he served as Assistant Professor of Percussion and Assistant Director of Bands at Emporia State University in Emporia, Kansas.
