Tu-Keefner, Feili

Associate Professor

Dr. Feili Tu-Keefner specializes in health sciences librarianship, health informatics, and health communication and is a WHO-certified infodemic manager. She is a founding member and academic advisor for the Certificate of Graduate Study in Health Communication program and contributes to the development of programs in Information Security and Cyber Leadership. Dr. Tu-Keefner has led six case studies (2015–2024) on public libraries' roles in disaster response and recovery.
