The Structural Dynamics and Intelligent Infrastructure Laboratory at the University of South Carolina focuses on the development and implementation of strategies for the design, construction and maintenance of the civil infrastructure of tomorrow. The effect of dynamic loads on civil infrastructure and the methodologies to mitigate these effects are of particular interest to our research group.
