Mrs. Eugenia Crosby-Quinatoa is a Clinical Instructor in the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders at the Arnold School of Public Health. She previously worked as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CF) at Bilingual Therapies, Inc. for the Prince George’s County Public Schools. She earned a M.S.P. in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of South Carolina and a B.A. in Elementary Education from Clemson University.
