Eichhorn, Lisa A.


My most recent research has concerned U.S. civil procedure, with particular emphasis on the drafting and interpretation of the Civil Rules. My methods focus on close reading and linguistic analysis. I also have expertise in the teaching of writing and drafting to law students and on pedagogies related to legal education.
