Information Needs and Information Seeking Behavior of Central African Refugees, Open Access and Scholarly Communication Flows, Interdisciplinary Studies My research areas examine relationships between information access, use, information flows, and human rights concerns. I have conducted research on the the information needs and information seeking behavior of resettled refugees, the Open Access Movement, North-South information flows, and the information needs of Central African human rights and civil society groups. Additionally, I have published on the rhetoric of library development in African and its relationship to cultural rights.
