Jay Gaillard Research Professor	applied research with potential applications in the defense, nonproliferation and energy arenas	Dr. Jay Gaillard is a Senior Fellow Research Professor at USC. He is an expert/PI in MW/RF reactors including developing new physics and material synthesis for enhanced material-wave interactions in the presence of EM fields. His research has included novel microwave and induction reactor development for plastic upcycling, ethane cracking and heavy crude upgrading in addition to investigating optimized heating of iron particle susceptors as catalysts and polymer annealing.
Dr. Hossein Haj-Hariri Dean	Mechanical Engineering	Haj-Hariri earned his undergraduate and graduate degrees from MIT. He joined the faculty at University of Virginia in 1988 and most recently served as professor and chair of the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. He also served as a visiting faculty member at Arizona State University and Stanford University.
