Hardil K Banks Clinical Associate Professor	Social Capital, Student Persistence, Honors College Students	Dr. Kay Banks joined the Honors College as Clinical Assistant Professor in November of 2013 and oversees the senior thesis requirement and honors advisement. She teaches courses on leadership and on her research in social and cultural capital. She has over 10 years working directly with students in areas such as residence life, student activities, fraternity/sorority life, and student government.
Dr. Steven Lynn Dean		Steve Lynn is a Louise Fry Scudder Professor in the English Department. His teaching and publishing interests include eighteenth-century literature (especially Samuel Johnson), rhetoric and composition (especially pedagogy), and science fiction (especially nanotechnology and ethics).
