He is Clinical Director for University of South Carolina Brain Health and Senior Associate Dean for Research at the USC School of Medicine in Columbia.

Forrest J. Lowe, MD, received his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, where he also completed a neurovascular fellowship. He completed his residency in neurology at the University of Cincinnati. Dr. Lowe is board certified in vascular neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.

Walter Hamilton Peters

epilepsy, general neurology W. Hamilton Peters IV, MD, received his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston after attending The Citadel. He then completed an internship in internal medicine and a residency in neurology at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. He completed a fellowship in epilepsy while at Vanderbilt, and is board certified in neurology and epilepsy. Dr. Peters' primary interest is in epilepsy.

Dr. James Selph

Clinical research, Epilepsy, Neuromuscular disorders Dr. Selph is a subspecialist in the areas of epilepsy, neuromuscular disorders, nerve conduction studies, EMG, EEG, epilepsy monitoring, and clinical neurophysiology. His special interests include these areas, as well as research into treatment of epilepsy and neuropathic pain.

Dr. Souvik Sen

Stroke, TIA and Neurology Dr. Sen's stroke research involves clinical-epidemiological methods to test new approaches for stroke treatment and prevention. Specifically, his interests include acute stroke treatment and cardio-embolic strokes.

Dr. Yedatore swamy Venkatesh

Neuromuscular Disorders, Vascular Neurology, Clinical Neurophysiology Dr. Venkatesh graduated from Bangalore Medical College and trained in Internal Medicine at the University of the West Indies and UK. He was a fellow in Endocrinology at MD Anderson Cancer Center and later on finished residency and fellowship training in EMG/Clinical Neurophysiology and Neuromuscular disease. His research interests include diabetic neuropathy, spinal cord reflexes in CRPS, novel uses of botulinum toxin and vascular neurology.
