Dilli Bhatta Associate Professor	Mathmatics	Dr. Dilli Bhatta joined the faculty of the University of South Carolina Upstate in 2015. He holds a doctorate in statistics from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Before coming to USC Upstate, Dr. Bhatta worked as a temporary assistant professor at Truman State University and as an adjunct teaching professor at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. His research interests center on categorical data analysis, survey sampling and Bayesian statistics.

She then attended Northwestern University and Converse College, where she earned her Master of Arts in Teaching in mathematics with a minor in education. After graduation, she taught mathematics in the eighth and ninth grades at Boiling Springs Junior High.
