Staton Department Chair/Professor	Marine Biology, Genetics, Invertebrate systematics	My research has focused on the ecology and evolution of marine invertebrates, specifically in understanding how larval development and dispersal impact these populations over time. I have also published in the areas of genomic structure of mitochondria, evolutionary development of marine invertebrates, and their evolutionary systematics.
