Dr. Edward J Callen Department Chair/Professor		My current research interests are focused on the study of basic principles in learning and motivation with emphasis on conditioning and extinction of human and animal fears, development of an animal model of alcoholism based on stress and relaxation, and the physiological motivational variables involved in anxiety and other maladaptive behaviors.
Dr. Maureen Carrigan Professor	Use of substances to cope, Anxiety disorders, Conditioning models of addiction	Her research interests include conditioning models of addiction, anxiety disorders, and use of substances to cope. Other teaching interests of hers are substance abuse, alcohol use, smoking, coping, and social anxiety disorder

Dr. Coulombe is an Assistant Professor of Psychology at the University of SouthCarolina, Aiken where she teaches graduate and undergraduate classes in developmental psychology,research methods, and statistics. Her research focuses on strength-based approaches to development with an emphasis on social and behavioral competence.
