Prior to USC, Chaves worked in several departments within the Walt Disney World Company: Training and Development; Organization Development; Executive Development; and at the Disney Institute as a curriculum designer of executive retreats. She worked with the Chief Creative Officer at Cirque du Soleil in Montreal, Canada, to develop new innovation strategies

Adam Louis Steinbach

Associate Professor

teaches in the area of strategic management at the undergraduate level. Adam Steinbach is an assistant professor in the management department at the Moore School. Steinbach received his Ph.D. from Michigan State University and also holds a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Notre Dame. His research expertise is in strategic management, specifically focusing on the psychological and compensation factors that motivate executive decision-making as well as the social evaluations made by stakeholders in response to those decisions.

Kathryn Whitener

Dr. Whitener earned a PhD in Organization & Management from Capella University in 2014. She earned a MA in English from Winthrop University in 2004. She earned a BA in English from Clemson University in 1999.
