studying the challenges and approaches to managing outsourced business processes Sean Handley is an associate professor of management science. He previously served on the faculty at the University of Notre Dame and Rutgers University. He obtained his Ph.D. and MBA from The Ohio State University, and received his B.S. in Industrial Management from the University of Cincinnati. Prior to entering academics, Handley served in multiple operational and supply chain roles working for a logistics subsidiary of Honda Motor, CEVA Logistics (formerly CTI), and GE Aviation among others.

David Precht is a lecturer at the Darla Moore School of Business, University of South Carolina. He joins the faculty from industry, with more than 35 years of significant experience in many aspects of the operations and supply chain functions. Precht has held numerous leadership roles, including vice president, plant manager, operations manager, materials manager, planning manager and shop floor supervisor, as well as professional roles in production planning and accounting.

pricing & revenue management problems in automotive, entertainment, luxury & packaged food industry Necati Tereyagoglu is an associate professor of management science at the Moore School. His areas of interest include pricing and revenue management and marketplace analytics, with special emphases on consumer behavior, economic networks, and resale markets. So far, he has had the opportunity to work on pricing and revenue management problems in automotive, entertainment, luxury and packaged food industries.
Beth Walters is a lecturer in the Department of Management Science at the Moore School. She earned her M.S. in Statistics and B.S. in Mathematics from the University of South Carolina. From 2010 to 2018, Walters gained valuable experience as an analyst at Chick-fil-A, Inc., in Atlanta, using analytics to inform decision-making at the company, restaurant and customer levels. In 2018, Walters launched and led the Community of Practicing Analysts at Chick-fil-A, Inc.
